Welcome to the RPSOA Membership Management section!

Retired PSO Bruce Dudley has been spending about 20 hours each month coordinating and updating the email list in an effort to provide a means of communication between all of us in the DPS family. This new part of the RPSOA.com website will allow each of us to manage our own contact information, giving Bruce back a little bit more time to enjoy his retired status! Bruce does enjoy hearing from all of you though, so please keep in touch with him.

Please let me know if you have any trouble with using this section, or if you have ideas about features you would like to see added. All of us in the RPSOA hope that you will find this new section an easy way to keep in touch with each other!

Sign-Up Process

Signing up on the list is a three part process:

  1. Complete the New Member Registration Form.
  2. You will receive a confirmation code at the email address you used when you registered. This code must be entered on the Confirm Code page to verify the validity of the email address.
  3. Your entry will be reviewed by RPSOA staff to verify list membership eligibility. You will receive an email confirming your access privileges.

About Your Privacy

 Please Note: Your name, address, phone number and email address are required for member registration. You have the option of keeping the information private or sharing it with the group.

Your information will never be disclosed to others, except in accordance with the preferences you select in your member registration.

If you choose to keep information private:

  • It will not be disclosed to members.
  • It may be used by the RPSOA to contact you about matters of benefits or items of RPSOA or RPSOA business that may be of interest to you.

If you choose to mask your email address:

  • Members may contact you using a 'masked' email form.
  • Your email address will not be disclosed to the sender.

If you choose to share your information:

  • It will be provided to other members upon request through the website.
